NMPAT is a music education charity, which provides musical and artistic opportunities for the children and young people of Northamptonshire, with a £5m turnover. As lead partner of both the Northamptonshire and Rutland Music Education Hubs, the charity works with almost every school in the two counties. We engage with over 20,000 young people per year, run more than 30 County Groups – bands, orchestras and choirs – 11 Saturday Centres, and further enrichment, and performance opportunities throughout the year. We employ over 250 staff, including 13 who are permanently based at the Kettering Road Music and Arts Centre.

We are keen to hear from first-rate teachers with an interest in becoming involved with one of the busiest and most successful Music Trusts in the country. We would particularly like to hear from those looking to develop and enhance our delivery in the vocal, guitar, music production and musical inclusion project teams.
